The invention provides a vehicle-mounted software management method and device, electronic equipment and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicles. The method comprises the steps that the types of software packages in a target domain controller of the vehicle-mounted system are determined, one software package packages an executable program or a plug-in program corresponding to one software data module, and one software data module comprises software data of at least one vehicle-mounted service; and performing software data management on the target domain controller based on the type of the software package. According to the invention, the management effect of the software data in the whole vehicle domain controller can be improved.
