The invention discloses a thickness measuring method and device based on unmanned aerial vehicle path planning, and the method comprises the steps: S1, generating a first inspection path according to the coordinate information of all to-be-detected equipment in an inspection region, and enabling the to-be-detected equipment to serve as a node of the first inspection path; s2, acquiring a contour area of each to-be-detected device in the inspection area, and performing detection point marking on the contour area based on a device vital sign table to obtain a plurality of detection point positions; generating a second inspection path according to the plurality of detection points; s3, inserting a second inspection path corresponding to the to-be-detected equipment into the corresponding path node to obtain an unmanned aerial vehicle inspection full path; and S4, the unmanned aerial vehicle flies to a safety distance above the detection point corresponding to the to-be-inspected equipment according to the inspection full path, and a magnetic type thickness gauge is thrown to measure the thickness of the to-be-inspected equipment corresponding to the detection point. According to the scheme, fixed-point measurement is carried out on the thickness of the to-be-detected equipment corresponding to the detection point position through the designed magnetic type thickness gauge and the inspection full path, and the reliability is high.

    本发明公开了一种基于无人机路径规划的测厚方法及测厚装置,包括:S1、根据巡检区域内各待检测设备的坐标信息生成第一巡检路径,待检测设备作为第一巡检路径的节点;S2、获取巡检区域内各待检测设备的轮廓区域,基于设备生命特征表对轮廓区域进行检测点标记得到若干检测点位;根据若干检测点位生成第二巡检路径;S3、将待检测设备对应的第二巡检路径插入对应的路径节点,得到无人机巡检全路径;S4、无人机根据巡检全路径飞抵待巡检设备对应的检测点位上空安全距离,投掷磁吸式测厚仪对检测点位处对应的待检测设备的厚度进行测量。方案通过设计的磁吸式测厚仪以及巡检全路径对检测点位处对应的待检测设备的厚度进行定点测量,可靠性高。
