A steel wire rope replacing tool of a winch type hoist comprises a bottom plate, adjustable supports are arranged at the two ends of the top face of the bottom plate, winding and unwinding drums are arranged on the adjustable supports, support adjusting mechanisms are arranged on the top faces of the two ends of the bottom plate respectively, each support adjusting mechanism comprises a second sliding groove, and a first lead screw is arranged in each second sliding groove. The first lead screw is matched with a transmission belt through a support adjusting motor fixed to the bottom plate to achieve transmission, a first sliding block is further arranged in the second sliding groove, the first lead screw penetrates through the first sliding block, a first support rod is hinged to the top of the first sliding block, and a second support rod is hinged to the position, at one end of the second sliding groove, of the top face of the bottom plate. One end of the first bracket rod is hinged to the middle of the bottom surface of the second bracket rod; a winding and unwinding motor is arranged on the top face of one second support rod and is in transmission connection with the winding and unwinding drum. By the adoption of the structure, a continuous mode is adopted, rope unwinding is conducted while rope winding is conducted, an old steel wire rope is directly replaced with a new steel wire rope, and the steel wire rope replacement operation efficiency is effectively improved.

    一种卷扬式启闭机的钢丝绳更换工装,包括底板,底板顶面两端设有可调支架,可调支架上设有收放卷筒,底板两端顶面分别设有一个支架调节机构,支架调节机构包括第二滑槽,第二滑槽内设有一根第一丝杆,第一丝杆通过固定于底板上的支架调节电机配合传动带实现传动,第二滑槽内还设有第一滑块,第一丝杆穿过第一滑块,第一滑块顶部铰接有第一支架杆,在第二滑槽一端的底板顶面上铰接有第二支架杆,第一支架杆一端铰接于第二支架杆底面中部;其中一个第二支架杆顶面上设有收放卷电机,收放卷电机与收放卷筒传动连接。本发明采用上述结构,采用连续化的方式,在收绳的同时进行放绳,利用新钢丝绳直接替换旧钢丝绳的方式,有效提升钢丝绳更换作业效率。
