The device has a down-flow noise reduction performance comparison test state, a down-flow noise reduction performance test state, a counter-flow noise reduction performance comparison test state and a counter-flow noise reduction performance test state, so that the down-flow noise reduction performance and the counter-flow noise reduction performance of the acoustic liner can be measured, and the frequency and the sound pressure level of noise can be further adjusted through two noise sources. The corresponding downstream noise reduction performance and the corresponding countercurrent noise reduction performance of the acoustic liner are calculated by changing acoustic liner samples with different structural parameters and adjusting influence factors such as the airflow speed through a fan, and the downstream noise reduction performance and the countercurrent noise reduction performance of the corresponding acoustic liner can be calculated by replacing the acoustic liner samples with different structural parameters; and a database of acoustic liner structure parameters and corresponding noise reduction performance can be constructed efficiently.
