The offshore floating type photovoltaic support structure comprises a first floating body, the periphery of the first floating body is connected with a first annular outer ring through a bearing, an annular inner ring is arranged under the first floating body, the first annular outer ring is connected with the annular inner ring through a plurality of cable-stayed sections, and a plurality of layers of annular sections are arranged among the cable-stayed sections in a staggered mode. The device further comprises a plurality of transverse connecting rods penetrating through the annular section, the two ends of each transverse connecting rod are each connected with a waved disc, and the periphery of the annular inner ring is connected with a second annular outer ring through a bearing. The trend of twisting of the support mechanism caused by the wave and sea wind action is converted into relative rotation friction energy consumption of the annular section and the inclined pulling section, and the influence of the wave and sea wind horizontal action on the first floating body is effectively reduced. The second floating body directly resists the impact of part of waves acting in the vertical direction and can drive the annular section and the inclined pulling section to rub for energy consumption in the impact process of the second floating body, and then the problem that the floating bodies are prone to large position deviation due to the influence of the waves is solved.
