The invention provides a multi-system linkage temporary speed limit control method, a central controller and a system, and the method comprises the steps that the central controller receives speed limit information transmitted by a ground system, and the speed limit information at least comprises a speed limit starting point, a speed limit terminal point and a speed limit value; acquiring operation data of the locomotive in real time, and calculating a first distance from the locomotive to the speed limit starting point; determining whether the locomotive is located in a speed limit interval according to the first distance, wherein the speed limit interval is an interval located between the speed limit starting point and the speed limit ending point; and if the locomotive is located in the speed limiting interval, controlling the train to perform speed limiting operation according to the speed limiting value until the locomotive passes through the speed limiting end point. According to the invention, correct speed limit response can be made to unplanned temporary speed limit conditions in the locomotive operation process, and the safety of locomotive operation is improved.

    本发明提供一种多系统联动的临时限速控制方法、中央控制器及系统,包括:中央控制器接收地面系统传输的限速信息,所述限速信息至少包括:限速起点、限速终点以及限速值;实时获取机车的运行数据,并计算机车距离所述限速起点的第一距离;根据所述第一距离确定机车是否位于限速区间,所述限速区间为位于所述限速起点和所述限速终点之间的区间;如果机车位于所述限速区间,则控制列车根据所述限速值进行限速运行,直至机车通过所述限速终点。本发明能够对机车运行过程中出现的无计划的临时限速情况做出正确限速反应,提高机车运行的安全性。
