The invention provides a magnetic track brake electromagnet and a magnetic track brake. According to the magnetic track braking electromagnet, the magnet exciting coil is arranged on the electromagnetic iron core, so that a track can be braked by a magnetic track brake through power-on attraction; the electromagnetic iron core is arranged on the frame body, so that the electromagnetic iron core can be conveniently mounted and connected with other structures of the magnetic track brake; the excitation coil is wrapped by the insulating protective layer, so that the excitation coil can be prevented from being influenced by an external magnetic field, and the stability of the track during attraction is improved; by arranging the sealing layer to cover the insulating protection layer, damage to the insulating protection layer caused by external impurities can be avoided, and the working stability of the magnetic track brake is effectively improved; according to the magnetic track brake, the first heat insulation layer is arranged between the sealing layer and the insulation protection layer and corresponds to the welding position of the sealing layer and the frame body, the influence of welding heat and impurities on the insulation protection layer can be effectively reduced, the insulativity and the power frequency pressure resistance of the magnetic track brake are guaranteed, and meanwhile the sealing effect of the sealing layer on the insulation protection layer is guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种磁轨制动电磁铁及磁轨制动器。该磁轨制动电磁铁通过将励磁线圈设置在电磁铁芯上,可便于通电吸合使得磁轨制动器对轨道进行制动;通过将电磁铁芯设置在架体上,可便于与磁轨制动器的其他结构进行安装连接;通过设置绝缘保护层包覆励磁线圈,可避免外部磁场对励磁线圈造成影响,提升对轨道吸合时的稳定性;通过设置密封层覆盖绝缘保护层,可避免外部杂质对绝缘保护层造成损伤,有效提升磁轨制动器的工作稳定性;通过在密封层与绝缘保护层之间设置第一隔热层,且与密封层和架体的焊接处相对应,可有效降低焊接热量和杂质对绝缘保护层的影响,保证磁轨制动器的绝缘性和工频耐压性,同时保证密封层对绝缘保护层的密封效果。
