The specific unbalance loading condition of the carriage is obtained by calculating the transportation state, the occupied space and the displacement track of the goods and combining the bearing condition in the carriage, and the transportation danger coefficient of the carriage is predicted, so that the transportation safety of the vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种运输状态监测方法,为了克服现有技术中的运输监测方法对货物监测不足致使车厢易出现偏载情形的问题,本发明包括设置视监测模块对货物外形和摆放状态进行实时监控;设置重心检测模块综合车身载重量和车身倾斜度判断车厢重心偏移情况;综合视监测模块和重心检测模块测量结果带入风险算法中,计算出运输危险系数。通过对货物的运输状态、占用空间和位移轨迹进行计算,结合车厢内部的承重情况,得出车厢的具体偏载情况,并对车厢的运输危险系数进行预测,从而保证车辆运输的安全性。
