The invention discloses an intelligent driver driving monitoring system with a self-adaptive compression storage function, which belongs to the technical field of safe driving and comprises a brake system monitoring module, a camera sensing module, an image processing module, a grip sensing module, a main control module, a local information storage module and a data service station. The braking system monitoring module is used for presetting a key information template to collect key information of a vehicle braking system in real time; the camera sensing module is used for collecting image data of a driver in real time during driving; the image processing module is used for analyzing the acquired image data in real time and identifying the driving behavior of the driver; the grip sensing module is used for detecting whether a driver operates a steering wheel or not and obtaining real-time grip detection data; the main control module communicates with a display of a vehicle, obtains time information and receives corresponding behavior monitoring data in real time; and setting an event information table, and evaluating an alarm mode corresponding to the behavior monitoring data in real time based on the event information table.
