The invention discloses a vehicle anti-lock braking system and a control method thereof and a vehicle, the vehicle comprises a front axle and a rear axle, the front axle comprises a first front axle and a second front axle, and the rear axle comprises a first rear axle and a second rear axle; the vehicle anti-lock braking system comprises a front axle left side braking channel, a front axle right side braking channel, a rear axle left side braking channel and a rear axle right side braking channel, and the front axle left side braking channel and the front axle right side braking channel are used for conducting anti-lock braking adjustment on wheels connected with a front axle. The rear axle left and right side braking channels are used for conducting anti-lock braking adjustment on wheels connected with a rear axle. The control method comprises the steps that road adhesion coefficients of the left side and the right side of a vehicle are obtained; the slip rate of each wheel is obtained; anti-lock actuators of a front axle left brake channel, a front axle right brake channel, a rear axle left brake channel and a rear axle right brake channel are controlled according to the road adhesion coefficient and the slip rate of each wheel, and the situation that the wheels are locked and braked to steer when the vehicle is braked emergently is avoided.
