The invention relates to the technical field of automobile control, and discloses a vehicle-mounted battery heat supply system which comprises an internal combustion engine and a cooling calandria. A first outlet of the internal combustion engine is connected with a pipeline inlet of the cooling calandria, and a pipeline outlet of the cooling calandria is connected with an inlet of the battery pack box; the internal combustion engine is used for generating heat when the environment temperature is lower than a first preset temperature; and the cooling calandria is used for conveying heat generated by the internal combustion engine to the battery pack box. As the small internal combustion engine is arranged in the new energy automobile, heat generated by the internal combustion engine supplies heat to the battery pack box through the cooling calandria, the energy generated by the internal combustion engine is reasonably utilized, and the problem that the battery heating efficiency is poor due to the fact that the battery is lack of electricity in severe cold areas can be solved; and the situation that the drivability of the new energy automobile is affected due to serious self-heating and power shortage of the battery when the automobile is in a low-temperature environment is avoided, so that the energy utilization rate is increased, and the user experience is improved.

    本发明涉及汽车控制技术领域,公开了一种车载电池供热系统,该车载电池供热系统包括:内燃机和冷却排管;所述内燃机的第一出口与所述冷却排管的管道入口连接,所述冷却排管的管道出口与电池组箱的入口连接;所述内燃机,用于在环境温度低于第一预设温度时,产生热量;所述冷却排管,用于将所述内燃机产生的热量输送至所述电池组箱。由于本发明在新能源汽车内部设置了小型的内燃机,内燃机产生的热量通过冷却排管为电池组箱供热,合理利用内燃机产生的能量,可以解决严寒地区电池亏电导致电池供暖效率较差的问题,避免了汽车处于低温环境时电池自热亏电严重而影响新能源汽车驱动性的情况,从而提升了能量利用率,提高了用户的体验。
