The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted charger system suitable for a direct current charging pile. The system comprises a DC/DC power conversion unit, a control system and a communication unit, the control system obtains voltage and current information required by a vehicle-mounted battery in real time through the communication unit, then calculates input voltage when the vehicle-mounted battery works at an optimal working point, and finally issues a required voltage instruction to a direct current charging pile through a direct current charging seat through the communication unit. The direct current charging pile timely adjusts and outputs direct current to the DC/DC power conversion unit through the direct current charging base according to a voltage instruction below the communication unit, the DC/DC power conversion unit converts the output direct current and then supplies power to the vehicle-mounted battery, and therefore it is guaranteed that the input voltage meets the requirement. The method has the advantages that the voltage and the current needed by charging under the current condition are automatically calculated, control linkage with the direct current charging pile is adopted, the vehicle-mounted charger works in the optimal working state, the charging efficiency is improved in the whole range, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种适用直流充电桩的车载充电机系统。它包括DC/DC功率转换单元、控制系统和通信单元组成,其中控制系统通过通信单元实时获得车载电池所需的电压和电流信息,然后计算工作在最佳工作点时的输入电压,最后通过通信单元经直流充电座向直流充电桩下发所需的电压指令,直流充电桩根据通信单元下方的电压指令及时调整输出直流电经直流充电座到DC/DC功率转换单元,DC/DC功率转换单元将输出的直流电进行变换之后给车载电池进行供电,进而保证输入电压满足要求。本发明的有益效果是:自动计算出当前情况下充电所需要的电压和电流,采用与直流充电桩的控制联动,使车载充电机工作于最佳工作状态,全范围提升充电效率,降低了成本。
