The invention relates to a water channel structure, a vehicle-mounted charging structure and a vehicle, the water channel structure comprises a water channel body and an upper cover, the water channel body is in a groove body shape, a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are formed in the water channel body, and a groove with an upward opening is formed in the top of the water channel body; the upper cover is fixed to the top of the water channel body and seals an opening of the groove so that a top flow channel can be formed between the upper cover and the top of the water channel body. A first side flow channel and a second side flow channel are arranged in the water channel body, the liquid inlet end of the first side flow channel is communicated with the liquid inlet, the liquid outlet end of the first side flow channel is communicated with the liquid inlet end of the top flow channel, the liquid inlet end of the second side flow channel is communicated with the liquid outlet end of the top flow channel, and the liquid outlet end of the second side flow channel is communicated with the liquid outlet end of the top flow channel. And the liquid outlet end of the second side flow channel is communicated with the liquid outlet. According to the water channel structure, three-face heat dissipation of the two side faces and the top face can be achieved, and the heat dissipation face utilization rate of the water channel structure is increased.
