The invention provides an intelligent digital operation and maintenance system for operation and maintenance of an electric vehicle operation battery swap station, and the system comprises an operation and maintenance auxiliary system which operates in the battery swap station and an operation and maintenance platform which operates at a cloud end, and the operation and maintenance auxiliary system is in communication connection with the operation and maintenance platform through a wireless gateway. The operation and maintenance auxiliary system comprises a data acquisition module and an equipment control module. The data acquisition module is used for monitoring and acquiring the performance of the operation host, the fault of the battery replacement mechanism, the operation state of the battery replacement mechanism and the battery replacement condition of the vehicle in real time; the device control module is used for receiving a device control instruction issued by a remote end. Real-time alarm information is sent to workers in a battery replacement station and workers at an operation and maintenance end in real time based on an alarm service in an intelligent digital operation and maintenance system; and abnormal information is imported into a fault library, an inspection task is generated based on a fault model, and a self-inspection task is sent to other battery swap stations, so that early discovery, early processing and early prevention of anomalies in the battery swap stations are realized.

    本发明提供了电动汽车运营换电站运维的智能数字化运维系统,包括运行在换电站内的运维辅助系统以及运行在云端的运维平台,且运维辅助系统通过无线网关与运维平台通信连接;运维辅助系统包括数据采集模块以及设备控制模块;数据采集模块用于实时监控采集运行主机的性能、换电机构的故障、换电机构的运行状态以及车辆换电情况;设备控制模块用于接收远端下发的设备控制指令。本发明基于智能数字化运维系统内的告警服务实时向换电站内工作人员及运维端的工作人员发送实时告警信息;并且异常信息会被导入到故障库中,基于故障模型生成巡检任务,向其它换电站发送自检任务,实现换电站内异常的早发现、早处理、早预防。
