A niobium-containing copper alloy nodular cast iron brake disc comprises a brake disc body, a brake caliper located on the outer side of the brake disc body, a friction block arranged on the brake caliper and a brake drum connected with the brake disc body and further comprises 0.05%-0.3% of niobium element, 0.2%-0.6% of copper element and the balance iron element which are added into the brake disc body. The brake disc further comprises a heat dissipation mechanism arranged in the brake disc body, a brake mechanism connected with the heat dissipation mechanism and used for clamping the side portion of the brake drum, and a reset mechanism connected with the brake mechanism and used for resetting the brake mechanism. According to the niobium-containing copper alloy nodular cast iron brake disc, a trace niobium element alloying mode is utilized, niobium and copper are added into the nodular cast iron brake disc, the content of pearlite in a nodular cast iron metallographic structure is effectively increased, the strength of the nodular cast iron brake disc is improved, meanwhile, the abrasion resistance of the brake disc is improved, and abrasion of the nodular cast iron brake disc is effectively reduced.
一种含铌铜合金球磨铸铁制动盘,包括制动盘本体、位于制动盘本体外侧的制动钳、设置在制动钳上的摩擦块、与制动盘本体连接的制动鼓,还包括加入在制动盘本体中0.05‑0.3%含量的铌元素、0.2‑0.6%含量的铜元素,还包括设置在制动盘本体内部的散热机构、与散热机构连接且用于夹紧所述制动鼓侧部的刹车机构、与刹车机构连接且用于刹车机构复位的复位机构。本发明提供的含铌铜合金球磨铸铁制动盘,利用微量铌元素合金化的模式,在球铁制动盘中加入铌、铜,有效的提升了球铁金相组织中珠光体的含量,使得增加球铁制动盘强度的同时增加了制动盘的耐磨性,有效的降低球铁制动盘的磨损。
