The efficient jet flow collecting head comprises a collecting cover, a suction pipeline, a jet flow device, a grounding crow plate device and a hanging mechanism capable of being connected with the mine collecting car, and the suction pipeline is obliquely arranged above the collecting cover. The jet device comprises a jet pipe body, a water supply pipe group and a high-pressure nozzle, the jet pipe body is of a square annular structure, and the lower end of the suction pipeline extends into the collection cover. And the two groups of high-pressure nozzles are oppositely arranged on the front side and the rear side below the jet pipe body and are communicated with the water supply pipe group through the jet pipe body. The suspension mechanism is arranged above the rear of the collection cover, the grounding crow plate device comprises a warping plate and a linear guide mechanism, and the front side of the bottom of the warping plate is an upwarped curved surface and is movably connected with the collection cover through an elastic connection mechanism. The collecting cover slides close to the seabed, continuous jet flow collection is achieved, and the multi-metal nodule collecting efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, sediment disturbed by the jet flow is sucked into the collecting cover, plume diffusion is restrained, and damage to the marine environment is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种深海集矿车用的高效射流采集头,包括采集罩、抽吸管道、射流装置、接地撬板装置及可与集矿车相连的悬挂机构,抽吸管道倾斜布置在采集罩上方。射流装置包括射流管体、供水管组及高压喷嘴,射流管体为方形环状结构,抽吸管道下端伸至采集罩内部。高压喷嘴有两组,相对设在射流管体下方的前后两侧,通过射流管体与供水管组相连相通。悬挂机构设在采集罩后上方,接地撬板装置包括翘板和直线导向机构,翘板底部前侧为上翘的曲面,通过弹性连接机构与采集罩活动相连。本发明实现采集罩贴近海底滑行,连续射流收集,提高了多金属结核采集效率。同时,采集罩对射流扰动的泥沙吸入采集罩内,抑制羽状流扩散,减少对海洋环境的破坏。
