The invention provides a hilly and mountainous area orchard mechanized operation platform capable of being adjusted in a self-adaptive mode. The hilly and mountainous area orchard mechanized operation platform comprises a driving base, a self-adaptive lifting mechanism and an operation protection frame. The self-adaptive lifting mechanism is installed on the driving base, and the operation protection frame is fixedly installed on the connecting plate. During use, the main control module is used for controlling the four driving motors to synchronously rotate in the forward direction or the reverse direction during linear advancing or retreating; during steering, according to the steering angle, the rotating speed of the two driving motors on one side of the driving base and the rotating speed of the two driving motors on the other side are controlled to form a speed difference, and steering operation of the driving base towards the rotating wheel on the side with the smaller stroke is formed; in the advancing process, five height sensors are used for monitoring the height of the bottom face of the connecting plate in real time, a master control module synchronously controls an adjusting motor, an inclined air cylinder and a vertical hydraulic cylinder to cooperate to complete adjustment of the levelness of the connecting plate, and therefore self-adaptive adjustment operation of the operation protection frame is completed, and convenience and practicability are achieved.

    本发明提供了一种能自适应调整的丘陵山区果园机械化作业平台,包括驱动底座、自适应升降机构和作业防护架;自适应升降机构安装在驱动底座上,作业防护架固定安装在连接板上。本发明在使用时,直线前进或者后退时利用主控模块控制四个驱动电机同步正向或者反向转动;转向时利用根据转向角度,控制驱动底座一侧的两个驱动电机转动速率与另一侧的两个驱动电机之间的转动速率形成速率差,形成驱动底座向行程较小的一侧的转动轮的转向操作;前进过程中利用五个高度传感器实时监测连接板的底面高度,通过主控模块同步控制调整电机、斜向气缸和竖向液压缸协同配合完成连接板的水平度的调整,从而完成作业防护架的自适应调整作业,便捷实用。
