The invention discloses a tower crane boom pulley block mounting structure and a mounting method thereof, the tower crane boom pulley block mounting structure comprises a pulley yoke and a variable-amplitude pulley block mounted in the pulley yoke, gear pins are arranged on the pulley yoke at two ends of the variable-amplitude pulley block, and a pin shaft hole connected with a boom section lug plate of a boom is formed in one side, deviating from the variable-amplitude pulley block, of the pulley yoke. In the using state, the pin shaft hole in the pulley yoke is connected with an arm section lug plate of the cargo boom through a pin shaft; in the transportation state, the pin shaft hole in one end of the pulley yoke is connected with the upper end of the boom section lug plate on one side of the cargo boom through a pin shaft, and the gear pin at the other end of the pulley yoke is connected with the boom section lug plate on the other side of the cargo boom. The variable-amplitude pulley block can be quickly disassembled, assembled and maintained, the assembling and disassembling workload is reduced, and the variable-amplitude pulley block can be protected from being damaged during transition transportation of the tower crane.

    本发明公开了一种塔机起重臂滑轮组安装结构及其安装方法,包括滑轮架和安装于滑轮架内的变幅滑轮组,所述变幅滑轮组两端的滑轮架上设有挡位销,所述滑轮架偏离变幅滑轮组的一侧设有连接起重臂的臂节耳板的销轴孔。在使用状态下,将滑轮架上的销轴孔与起重臂的一个臂节耳板通过销轴连接;在运输状态下,将滑轮架一端的销轴孔与起重臂一侧的臂节耳板上端通过销轴连接,另一端的挡位销与起重臂另一侧的臂节耳板连接。本发明能够实现快速拆装与维修,减少装拆工作量,且能够在塔机转场运输时保护变幅滑轮组不被损坏。
