The method comprises the steps that 1, parameters of underwater explosion are collected; 2, according to the parameters, the moment when bubbles generated by underwater explosion have a complete bubble water-air interface is obtained; and 3, a first detonation signal is sent at the moment. The method is suitable for regulating and controlling the load intensity of the underwater explosion pulsating bubbles, and the damage capability of the underwater explosion pulsating bubbles near a structure is enhanced or weakened.
