The invention provides a building method of a giant stern block. The building method comprises the steps that S1, a cabin lower block, a cabin upper block and a rudder system block are obtained through assembly; s2, shafting pre-centering is conducted on the cabin lower block, and all main engine foot bolt holes are drilled in a main engine base panel in advance; s3, the intermediate shaft, the shaft generator, the main engine and outfitting pieces around the main engine are sequentially hoisted into the cabin lower block, and the outfitting pieces around the main engine are positioned and installed; s4, the cabin upper block and the rudder system block are sequentially hoisted and carried on the cabin lower block; s5, performing shafting formal centering, and completing installation of a stern shaft tube, a stern shaft and a propeller; according to the method, after the intermediate shaft, the shaft generator, the main engine and the outfitting pieces around the main engine are hoisted until the lower block of the cabin is formed in advance, it can be guaranteed that enough time is available for installation of the outfitting pieces around the main engine in the cabin before a ship body is formed on the basis that the shaft system precision control difficulty is not increased, the ship building efficiency is improved, and the ship building period is shortened.

    本发明提供一种艉部巨型总段的搭建方法,包括:S1、总组获得机舱下总段、机舱上总段和舵系总段;S2、对机舱下总段进行轴系预找中,在主机基座面板上预先钻出各主机底脚螺栓孔;S3、将中间轴、轴带发电机、主机和主机周围舾装件依次吊入机舱下总段,并进行主机周围舾装件的定位安装;S4、将机舱上总段、舵系总段依次吊装搭载在机舱下总段上;S5、进行轴系正式找中,完成艉轴管、艉轴和螺旋桨的安装;本发明将中间轴、轴带发电机、主机、主机周围舾装件吊装提前至机舱下总段成型后,可在不增加轴系精度控制难度的基础上,确保在船体成型前有足够时间进行机舱内主机周围舾装件的安装,提高了船舶的建造效率,节约了造船周期。
