The invention provides a driving and charging integrated circuit for an electric automobile and a sliding mode charging control method thereof.The circuit comprises a power battery, a three-phase inverter, a driving motor, a relay and an alternating current input source port, and the power battery is connected with the driving motor and the alternating current input source port through the relay and the three-phase inverter; the relay comprises a plurality of normally-open contacts and normally-closed contacts, when the normally-open contacts are closed and the normally-closed contacts are disconnected, the power battery and the three-phase inverter are communicated to form a motor driving circuit to drive the motor to run so as to enable the vehicle to run, and when the normally-closed contacts are closed and the normally-open contacts are disconnected, the power battery is connected with the three-phase inverter to drive the motor to run so as to enable the vehicle to run. The topological structure of the three-phase inverter is changed, and the AC input source port is communicated with the power battery to form a charging circuit to charge the power battery. On the basis of the motor driving circuit, the relay is added, the motor winding and the driving circuit are reconstructed, the charging function is achieved, the utilization rate of a switching tube in the circuit is increased, and the cost is reduced.
本发明提供一种电动汽车用驱动、充电一体化电路及其滑模充电控制方法,该电路包括动力电池、三相逆变器、驱动电机、继电器及交流输入源端口,动力电池通过继电器和三相逆变器分别连接驱动电机和交流输入源端口,继电器包括多个常开触点和常闭触点,当常开触点闭合、且常闭触点断开时,动力电池与三相逆变器相连通形成电机驱动电路驱动电机运转,以使车辆运行,当常闭触点闭合、且常开触点断开时,三相逆变器拓扑结构被改变、且交流输入源端口与动力电池相连通形成充电电路对动力电池进行充电。本发明在电机驱动电路基础上,加入继电器并对电机绕组对驱动电路进行重构,使其具有充电功能,提升电路中开关管的使用率,降低成本。
