The invention provides a communication terminal of a shipborne satellite and a ship, the ship comprises a shipborne power supply system and is characterized in that the communication terminal comprises a processor, a connector, a disassembly detection circuit electrically connected with the processor and a communication module electrically connected with the processor, the connector comprises a power supply end and a detection end, and the power supply end is electrically connected with the shipborne power supply system; the communication terminal further comprises an acceleration sensor connected with the processor. The detection end is electrically connected with a shipborne power supply system, and the disassembly detection circuit is electrically connected with the detection end; the processor is used for controlling the communication module to send out an alarm signal when the detection signal indicates that the shipborne power supply system is disconnected from the communication terminal and the displacement of the communication terminal is greater than the alarm displacement or the inclination angle is greater than the alarm inclination angle. The invention further provides a ship which comprises the communication terminal. According to the communication terminal, anti-disassembly detection of the communication terminal can be realized.
