The invention discloses a battery charging and discharging management circuit, a vehicle-mounted redundant power supply and an electric vehicle, and the battery charging and discharging management circuit comprises a charging voltage input end which is used for accessing a charging voltage; the discharge voltage output end is used for outputting the discharge voltage of the battery; the charging control circuit is respectively connected with the charging voltage input end and the battery; the charging protection circuit is used for sampling the charging voltage and the charging current of the battery, controlling the charging control circuit to convert the accessed charging voltage into the charging voltage with a first preset voltage value according to the sampled charging voltage and the charging current, and outputting the charging voltage with the first preset voltage value to the battery; the battery is charged with the charging voltage of the first preset voltage value and the charging current in the preset current interval; and the discharge protection circuit is used for sampling the discharge voltage when the battery discharges, and stopping outputting the discharge voltage of the battery to the discharge voltage output end when the discharge voltage of the battery is lower than a second preset voltage value. According to the technical scheme, the service life of the battery can be prolonged.

    本发明公开一种电池充放电管理电路、车载冗余电源和电动汽车,电池充放电管理电路包括:充电电压输入端,用于接入充电电压;放电电压输出端,用于输出电池的放电电压;充电控制电路,分别与充电电压输入端和电池连接;充电保护电路,用于采样电池的充电电压和充电电流,并用于根据采样的充电电压和充电电流,控制充电控制电路将接入的充电电压,转换为第一预设电压值的充电电压后输出至电池,以使电池以第一预设电压值的充电电压以及处于预设电流区间内的充电电流充电;放电保护电路,用于采样电池放电时的放电电压,并用于在电池的放电电压低于第二预设电压值时,停止输出电池的放电电压至放电电压输出端。本发明技术方案可提高电池的寿命。
