The invention discloses a new energy self-locking connector, which belongs to the field of adapters, and comprises a male head and a female head which can be plugged with each other, the male head axially extends to form a first plug-in body, and at least two locking grooves with convex hooks are radially formed in the outer surface of the first plug-in body; the female head axially extends to form a second plug-in body, the outer surface of the second plug-in body is circumferentially and elastically sleeved with a locking ring, the locking ring can axially restrain and rotate around the second plug-in body, and at least two locking blocks are radially arranged on the inner wall of the locking ring; the first plugging body is arranged in an inner cavity of the second plugging body, and the locking ring is twisted and elastically released to lock the male head and the female head; self-locking type connection is adopted, when the male head and the female head are connected in an inserted mode, the locking block and the protruding hook extrude each other, the locking ring rotates at the same time, finally the locking ring crosses a critical point, the locking ring is elastically released to enable the locking block and the protruding hook to be connected in a clamped mode, rapid self-locking of the connector is achieved through the design, operation is easy, time and labor are saved in connection, the locking degree is high, and the situation of loosening is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种新能源自锁连接器,属于转接器领域,包括可相互插接的公头、母头;所述公头轴向延伸有第一插接体,第一插接体外表径向设置至少两个带凸钩的锁紧槽;所述母头轴向延伸有第二插接体,第二插接体外表周向弹性套设有锁紧环,锁紧环可绕第二插接体轴向约束转动,且锁紧环内壁上径向设置至少两个锁紧块;第一插接体置于第二插接体内腔中,锁紧环扭转并弹性释放锁紧公头、母头;本装置采用自锁式连接,公头、母头插接时,锁紧块和凸钩相互挤压同时锁紧环转动,最终越过临界点,锁紧环弹性释放使得锁紧块和凸钩相互卡接,此设计实现了连接器的快速自锁,操作简单、连接省时省力,且锁紧度较高,不会出现松脱的情况。
