The invention relates to the technical field of battery swap stations, and aims to solve the problem that batteries are damaged due to temperature change when the batteries are stored in a common compartment in an existing battery swap station. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the method for balancing the pressure of the liquid cooling pipeline of the battery pack in the battery swap station, the battery swap station comprises a class-A bin and a class-B bin, and the method comprises the following steps: acquiring information in the class-B bin; judging whether a target battery exists in the B-type bin or not; if yes, acquiring an initial temperature T0 when the target battery enters the bin; the current cooling liquid temperature T1 of the target battery, the current cell temperature T2 of the target battery and the current environment temperature T3 are obtained and compared with the initial temperature T0; and selectively transferring the target battery to the A-type bin according to a comparison result. According to the method provided by the invention, when the temperature change in the liquid cooling pipeline of the battery exceeds the threshold value, the battery is transferred into the A-type bin for temperature balance, so that the condition that the battery is damaged due to excessive pressure change in the liquid cooling pipeline is avoided.

    本发明涉及换电站技术领域,旨在解决现有换电站内的普通仓位在存储电池时,电池由于温度变化而导致损坏的问题。为此目的,本发明提供一种换电站内电池包液冷管路压力平衡的方法,换电站包括A类仓和B类仓,包括以下步骤:获取B类仓内的信息;判断B类仓内是否存在目标电池;如果是,获取目标电池进仓时的初始温度T0;获取目标电池当前的冷却液温度T1、目标电池当前的电芯温度T2和当前的环境温度T3,并分别与初始温度T0进行比较;根据比较结果选择性地将所述目标电池转送到所述A类仓。本发明提供的方法在电池液冷管道内温度变化超过阈值,将电池转移到A类仓内进行温度平衡,避免了电池因为液冷管路内压力变化过大而导致损坏的情况。
