The present invention provides an immersed thermal management battery chassis apparatus, which is characterized by comprising: a battery assembly, which comprises a housing and a plurality of batteries, the plurality of batteries are arranged in the housing with gaps left therebetween, the gaps form a heat dissipation flow channel for accommodating a cooling medium, and the plurality of batteries are immersed in the cooling medium; the cooling mechanism is connected with the battery assembly and is used for cooling the cooling medium; the heating mechanism is connected with the battery assembly and is used for heating the cooling medium; and the control mechanism is used for controlling the flow direction of the cooling medium outside the battery assembly. The immersed thermal management battery chassis device provided by the invention has the characteristics of simple structure, high heat dissipation efficiency, strong adaptability and high safety, and is beneficial to maintaining the temperature uniformity of the battery assembly.
