The invention discloses an immersion type thermal management combined battery cell structure, and relates to the field of batteries, the immersion type thermal management combined battery cell structure comprises a shell, and combined partitions are arranged in the shell; the shell is provided with flowing cooling liquid, and gaps formed by the interior of the shell and the combined partitions are filled with the cooling liquid. Cooling liquid flows in from one end of the shell and flows out from the other end of the shell. Each combined subarea is composed of a square shell and a soft package battery core stacked in the square shell; and a first cooling medium is also arranged in the square shell, and is filled in a gap formed between the interior of the square shell and the soft package battery core. Adjustment of temperature difference between system level battery cells is realized through subareas, so that each combination subarea always carries out charging and discharging work in a healthy temperature range. According to the design of the scheme, heat conduction and temperature control can be better achieved, the battery arrangement density can be larger, and therefore the better volume utilization rate is achieved. Immersed cooling can ensure that the battery always works in a healthy temperature interval regardless of charging or discharging conditions.

    本发明公开了一种浸入式热管理组合电芯结构,涉及电池领域,包括壳体,壳体内排列布置有组合分区;壳体设有流动的冷却液,冷却液填充壳体内部与每个组合分区形成的空隙中;冷却液由壳体的一端流入,由壳体的另一端流出;每个组合分区由方壳和层叠设置在方壳中的软包电芯组成;方壳内还具有第一冷却介质,第一冷却介质填充在方壳内部与软包电芯形成的空隙间。通过分区实现系统层级电芯间温差的调节,使得各个组合分区始终在健康的温度范围内进行充放电工作。采用本方案的设计可以更好的实现热传导和温度控制,可以允许电池布置密度更大进而实现更佳的体积利用率。浸入式冷却可以确保电池始终工作在健康的温度区间,无论式充电或者放电条件下。
