The invention discloses flexible anti-collision warning equipment and method for a channel revetment, the flexible anti-collision warning equipment for the channel revetment at least comprises a magnetic measurement device, an anti-collision device, an alarm device and a control device which are arranged on the revetment, and the magnetic measurement device, the anti-collision device and the alarm device are all electrically connected with the control device. The method comprises the following steps that the magnetic measurement device measures the distance between a ship body and a revetment and transmits a measured value to the control device; when the control device receives that the measurement value of the magnetic measurement device is less than or equal to 5 meters, the alarm device is started; when the control device receives that the measurement value of the magnetic measurement device is smaller than or equal to 2 meters, the anti-collision device is started. The anti-collision device is simple in structure, and can effectively solve the problem of collision between the revetment and a sailing ship and the problem of operation of an anti-collision system in a severe environment.
