The invention discloses a method and device for determining the vehicle running speed and electronic equipment, and relates to the technical field of traffic video analysis, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the target detection of each frame of video image in a target video collected by image collection equipment, and recognizing a lane boundary dotted line and a target vehicle in the video image; determining at least one detection area containing the lane demarcation dotted line according to the identified lane demarcation dotted line in the video image; acquiring a first reference video image of the target vehicle driving into the detection area for the first time in the target video and a second reference video image of the target vehicle driving out of the detection area for the first time in the target video; and determining the driving speed of the target vehicle in the detection area according to the acquisition time of the first reference video image and the second reference video image and the vehicle driving distance corresponding to the detection area. According to the invention, the driving speed of the vehicle is measured through target detection and absolute position measurement, so that the accuracy of vehicle speed measurement is greatly improved.
本申请公开一种确定车辆行驶速度的方法及装置、电子设备,涉及交通视频分析技术领域,包括:对图像采集设备采集到的目标视频中的每帧视频图像进行目标检测,识别视频图像中的车行道分界虚线和目标车辆;根据识别到的视频图像中的车行道分界虚线,确定至少一个包含车行道分界虚线的检测区域;获取目标视频中目标车辆初次驶入检测区域的第一参考视频图像,以及目标视频中目标车辆初次驶出检测区域的第二参考视频图像;根据第一参考视频图像和第二参考视频图像的采集时间,以及检测区域对应的车辆行驶距离,确定目标车辆在检测区域的行驶速度。本申请通过目标检测及绝对位置测量的方式对车辆行驶速度的测量,极大的提高了车速测量的准确性。
