The invention provides a vehicle anti-collision control method and system. The method comprises the steps that a roadside unit monitors a target vehicle on a right-turn lane and a non-motor vehicle beside the right-turn lane in real time; if the road side unit can calculate the collision risk, whether the target vehicle has the collision risk with the non-motor vehicle on the right side is judged through the road side unit; if the target vehicle has the collision risk with the non-motor vehicle and the target vehicle does not drive into the predetermined dangerous area, the roadside unit controls a right turn signal lamp to turn red light and sends right turn red light information to the target vehicle, so that the target vehicle is braked; and if the target vehicle has the collision risk with the non-motor vehicle and the target vehicle has driven into the predetermined dangerous area, the roadside unit controls the green light of the non-motor vehicle to be switched to the red light, so that the non-motor vehicle is braked. Through the scheme, the right-turn collision risk of the vehicle can be predicted, the signal lamp is switched in time, and the road traffic safety is guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种车辆防碰撞控制方法及系统,该方法包括:路侧单元实时监测右转车道上的目标车辆和右转车道旁的非机动车辆;若路侧单元能够计算碰撞风险,则通过路侧单元判断目标车辆与右侧非机动车辆是否有碰撞风险;若目标车辆与非机动车辆存在碰撞风险且目标车辆未驶入预定危险区域,则路侧单元控制将右转信号灯变为红灯,并将右转红灯信息发送至目标车辆,以使目标车辆刹停;若目标车辆与非机动车辆存在碰撞风险且目标车辆已驶入预定危险区域,则路侧单元控制将非机动车直行绿灯切换为红灯,以使非机动车刹停。通过该方案可以预测车辆右转的碰撞风险,并及时切换信号灯,保障道路交通安全。
