The invention discloses a hybrid vehicle suspension vibration reduction method based on a magnetorheological damper, and the method comprises the steps: firstly building a forward and inverse model of the magnetorheological damper according to test data, then completing the control of the input current of the magnetorheological damper through a hybrid control algorithm, and finally enabling the magnetorheological damper to exert force on a vehicle suspension. And vibration reduction of the vehicle suspension is completed. According to the method, the positive and reverse models of the magnetorheological damper are established through polynomial fitting methods with different accuracies, accuracy and simplicity are considered, and the forward and reverse models of the magnetorheological damper are established. On the basis of an improved ceiling ON-OFF algorithm, a ground ceiling ON-OFF algorithm is introduced, and a novel hybrid control algorithm which takes an SMA index as a main index and takes SWS and DTD into account is established. According to the method, vibration of the vehicle suspension can be effectively controlled, SMA is greatly improved, namely, the smoothness of a vehicle body is improved, and meanwhile the SWS index and the DTD index can be taken into account.

    本发明公开了一种基于磁流变阻尼器的混合车辆悬架减振方法,该方法首先根据试验数据建立磁流变阻尼器的正逆模型,然后采用混合控制算法完成对磁流变阻尼器的输入电流的控制,最后由磁流变阻尼器对车辆悬架进行出力,完成车辆悬架的减振。本发明通过不同精度的多项式拟合法,兼顾准确性和简便性,建立了磁流变阻尼器的正、逆向模型。本发明在改进的天棚ON‑OFF算法的基础上,引入地棚ON‑OFF算法,建立了一种新型的以SMA指标为主,兼顾SWS和DTD这两项指标的混合控制算法。本发明可以对车辆悬架的振动进行有效的控制,较大改善SMA,即车体平顺性的同时,也能兼顾SWS和DTD这两个指标。
