And fusing the feature matrix F and the adjacent matrix A to obtain a feature matrix F ''with spatial features, inputting the feature matrix F'' into a Transform model, calculating a weight matrix value of the feature matrix through time influence, and calculating the predicted traffic flow speed. Aiming at the problem that the speed change has timeliness in the prior art, the road traffic flow speed can be effectively predicted, and the prediction precision is improved. Meanwhile, compared with the prior art, the method has the advantage that the operation speed is higher.

    本发明公开了一种基于影响系数的道路交通流速度预测方法,构建道路拓扑结构,将各个道路的交通流数据按照时间步长计算影响系数并基于路网影响系数相似度、路网距离系数相似度来构建邻接矩阵,并利用两次多层图卷积,将特征矩阵F、邻接矩阵A进行融合,得到带有空间特征的特征矩阵F″并输入到Transformer模型中,通过时间影响力计算特征矩阵的权重矩阵值,计算出预测交通流速度。本发明针对现有技术忽视了速度变化具有时效性的问题,能够有效地预测道路交通流速度,提高预测精度。同时,本发明还具有在运行速度上相比现有技术具有更快的特点。
