The invention provides an intelligent operation and maintenance system and method for traffic over-limit and overload off-site law enforcement detection points. The intelligent operation and maintenance system comprises an operation and maintenance platform, an overload control platform and a front-end acquisition end, the front-end acquisition end acquires parameter data of a traffic road section in real time and uploads the acquired parameter data to the overload control platform and the operation and maintenance platform; the overload control platform receives the parameter data, displays the parameter data in real time, and sends the parameter data and hardware equipment parameters of a server in the overload control platform to the operation and maintenance platform; the operation and maintenance platform performs statistical processing on the received parameter data to obtain a statistical processing result; and summarizing the received hardware equipment parameters of the server to obtain a server performance parameter summarizing result. According to the method and the device, the parameter data is subjected to statistical processing through the operation and maintenance platform, and the received hardware equipment parameters of the server are summarized, so that multi-dimensional data can be displayed; meanwhile, the operation and maintenance cost of the overload control platform can be reduced.

    本发明提供了一种交通超限超载非现场执法检测点的智能运维系统及方法,包括运维平台、治超平台以及前端采集端;所述前端采集端实时采集交通路段的参数数据,将采集到的参数数据上传至治超平台以及运维平台;治超平台接收所述参数数据,对所述参数数据进行实时展示,并将所述参数数据以及治超平台中服务器的硬件设备参数发送至所述运维平台;所述运维平台对接收到的所述参数数据进行统计处理,得到统计处理结果;对接收到的服务器的硬件设备参数进行汇总,得到服务器性能参数汇总结果。本发明中,通过运维平台对参数数据进行统计处理以及对接收到的服务器的硬件设备参数进行汇总,可以展示多维度的数据;同时,还可以降低治超平台的运维成本。
