The invention provides a high-speed train storage battery fault detection method and system based on capacity increment analysis. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring battery data of a storage battery pack; intercepting the battery data based on a fair statistical method, and drawing a capacity increment analysis curve of the storage battery pack according to the intercepted battery data; identifying and calculating characteristic values in the capacity increment analysis curve; and comparing the characteristic value according to a preset characteristic threshold value to obtain a comparison result, and analyzing the fault condition of the storage battery pack based on the comparison result. According to the invention, the fault condition of a single battery or a part of batteries in the high-speed train storage battery pack can be diagnosed accurately and efficiently.
本发明提供一种基于容量增量分析的高速列车蓄电池故障检测方法及系统,该方法包括如下步骤:获取蓄电池组的电池数据;基于公平统计方法截取所述电池数据,并根据截取的所述电池数据绘制所述蓄电池组的容量增量分析曲线;识别并计算所述容量增量分析曲线中的特征值;根据预设的特征阈值比对所述特征值,得到比对结果,并基于所述比对结果分析所述蓄电池组的故障情况。本发明可以较为准确高效地诊断高速列车蓄电池组中单个电池或部分电池的故障情况。
