The invention belongs to the field of structural strength test, and relates to an aircraft structure fatigue crack propagation machine vision measurement frame device and method, and the device comprises a multi-layer distributed frame, an image collection device, an image adjustment device, a light source system and a clamping connection device. When an image of a crack damage position is collected, the multi-layer distributed frame is connected to an aircraft through the clamping and connecting device, so that the whole frame is located at a position adjacent to a crack damage detection and measurement part, and the light source adjusting mechanism and the image adjusting device are manually adjusted according to the position and the angle of the crack damage; the best shooting effect can be achieved; after the light source system and the image acquisition device reach proper positions, the light source system irradiates the crack damage position, the image acquisition device shoots the crack damage position, shot images are transmitted to the upper computer to be processed, vision measurement is completed, the structure is stable, and the image shooting precision is high.
