The invention provides multi-point autonomous underwater sampling equipment and a sampling method. The sampling equipment comprises an autonomous AUV, and the autonomous AUV is provided with a power source, can autonomously run to each water taking point to carry out automatic sampling work, and can detect hydrological information such as temperature, salt content and depth in real time. The bow section of the AUV comprises a screw pump type water taking device, the plunger pump type water taking device pumps water into a sampling bottle in a plunger pump mode, and the sampling bottle is of a piston type structure, so that it is guaranteed that stored liquid is sealed, and the overall heavy buoyancy is not damaged.

    本发明提出多点位自主水下取样设备及取样方法。所述取样设备包括自主AUV,所述自主AUV拥有自带动力源,可实现自主行驶到各个取水点进行自动取样工作,并实时检测温度、含盐量、深度等水文信息。所述AUV的艏段包含螺杆泵式取水装置,所述柱塞泵式取水装置是利用柱塞泵形式,将水抽取到取样瓶内,所述取样瓶为活塞式结构,以此即保证了储存的液体密封,又不会破坏整体的重浮力。
