Comprising a glass fiber reinforced plastic observation window, a nylon cover, a hoop, a metal support, an electromagnet, a limiting bolt and a metamaterial cylindrical shell with a periodic porous structure. In the use process of the bionic metamaterial underwater collection container, the internal condition of the container is observed through the observation window. And the cylindrical shell is connected with the cover through the hoop. The four metal supports are fixed on the nylon cover, and the left metal support and the right metal support are respectively connected with the electromagnet. And the limiting bolt is used for adjusting the maximum distance between the two nylon covers. The device is simple in structure, easy to operate and capable of being repeatedly used; the globally distributed holes are beneficial to multifunctional design; the container array is perforated, so that the designability is high; the girdling deformation state is difficult to be disturbed by external disturbing force, the stability is high, and the practical application value is achieved.
