Two positioning antennas; the two communication processing modules are arranged on the main vehicle and the target vehicle respectively, each communication processing module is connected to the corresponding ADCU controller and the corresponding positioning antenna, and the two communication processing modules can communicate with each other; the communication base station and the two positioning antennas reflect positioning coordinates of double vehicles to the two communication processing modules in real time, and the two communication processing modules jointly calculate the longitudinal distance between the double vehicles in real time according to the positioning coordinates of the double vehicles and send the longitudinal distance to the ADCU controller of the target vehicle. And the ADCU controller of the target vehicle triggers steering and lane changing when the longitudinal distance is equal to the test distance. According to the automatic accurate lane changing system and the lane changing method, when the longitudinal distance is equal to the test distance, the steering lane changing operation can be accurately triggered, and the lane changing process is accurately executed according to the preset track.
