The invention discloses a cell jacking device with a compact structure. The cell jacking device comprises a jacking mechanism and a clamping mechanism, the jacking mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the clamping mechanism, and the clamping mechanism comprises a clamping assembly and an adjusting assembly; the clamping assembly comprises a first air cylinder set, a clamping plate and a first supporting plate which are sequentially connected. The adjusting assemblies are spring buffering pieces and are arranged at the two ends of the first supporting plate. Products are pushed upwards through the jacking mechanism to be separated, meanwhile, the first air cylinder set of the clamping mechanism drives the clamping plate to conduct centering clamping, buffering is conducted through the adjusting assembly, and flexible jacking and clamping are achieved. Through the compact structural design, the occupied space is compressed as much as possible, and the overall size is reduced. The problem that the manual carrying speed is low is solved, the production efficiency is improved, manual work is replaced by a machine, the safety performance is high, and the efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种结构紧凑的电芯顶升装置,包括顶升机构和夹持机构;所述顶升机构设于所述夹持机构的下侧,所述夹持机构包括夹持组件和调节组件;所述夹持组件包括依次连接的第一气缸组、夹持板以及第一支撑板;所述调节组件为弹簧缓冲件,设于所述第一支撑板的两端;通过顶升机构将产品向上推动实现产品脱离,同时所述夹持机构的第一气缸组带动夹持板居中夹持,并由所述调节组件进行缓冲,实现柔性顶升和加持。本发明通过紧凑的结构设计,尽量的压缩占用空间,减少整体尺寸。本发明解决人工搬运速度慢的问题,提高生产效率,实现了机器替代人工且安全性能高,效率极大的提升。
