The invention discloses a variable-magnification lifting hook pulley block structure which comprises a lifting steel wire rope, an arm frame end part, a first pulley, a lower pulley block, a second pulley, a balancer, a third pulley, an upper pulley block, a fourth pulley, a wedge sleeve and a lifting hook mounted in the middle of the bottom of the lower pulley block. The problems that the height of the tower crane is too high, the rope capacity of a lifting winch cannot meet the four-multiplying-power working condition, and the lifting capacity cannot be met under the two-multiplying-power working condition are solved; and the operation efficiency and the application range of the tower crane are improved.
