The invention provides a hoisting clamp for metal smelting. The hoisting clamp comprises a cross beam, and a lifting appliance ring facilitating fixing of a lifting appliance is arranged at the top of the center of the cross beam; longitudinal through grooves are formed in the two ends of the cross beam, and a plurality of first pin shaft holes are evenly formed in the side walls, located at the longitudinal through grooves, of the cross beam. Inwards-folded clamp arms are arranged in the two longitudinal through grooves, and the two clamp arms work in a matched mode to clamp materials. The top end of the clamping arm is provided with a lifting appliance hole convenient for fixing a lifting appliance; the upper part of the infolding part of the clamp arm is provided with a pin shaft hole II matched with the pin shaft hole I in size; a first chain is arranged at the position, located on the side wall of the longitudinal through groove, of the cross beam, and a first pin shaft used for limiting and fixing the first pin shaft hole and the second pin shaft hole is arranged at the tail end of the first chain. Through cooperation of the movable pin shaft and the multiple pin shaft holes, the distance between the clamp arms is adjusted at any time, and then the size of the clamp is adjusted so as to adapt to lifting materials of different sizes.

    本发明提供一种金属冶炼用起重夹具,包括横梁,所述横梁中央顶部设有便于吊具固定的吊具环;所述横梁两端均开设有纵向通槽,所述横梁位于纵向通槽处侧壁均匀开设有多个销轴孔一;两个纵向通槽内设有内折状夹具臂,两个夹具臂配合工作进行夹持物料;所述夹持臂顶端开设有便于吊具固定的吊具孔,所述夹具臂内折处上部开设有与销轴孔一大小匹配的销轴孔二;所述横梁位于纵向通槽处侧壁处设有锁链一,所述锁链一末端设有用于对销轴孔一和销轴孔二进行限位固定的销轴一。本发明通过活动销轴和多个销轴孔的配合,随时调整夹具臂之间的距离,进而调整夹具的大小,从而适应不同大小的起重物料。
