The invention discloses telescopic rotating shipborne unmanned aerial vehicle pelvic fins. Two pelvic fins are symmetrically installed on the left side and the right side of the belly portion of the tail end of a vehicle body in a splayed mode. The pelvic fin is formed by movably connecting and assembling a pelvic fin front section (1), a pelvic fin middle section (2) and a pelvic fin root section (3); the pelvic fin front section (1) can be sleeved with the pelvic fin middle section (2), and the pelvic fin middle section (2) can be sleeved with the pelvic fin root section (3); the pelvic fin comprises a skin, a wing rib, a sliding rod, a telescopic device and a rotating device. The telescopic device drives the pelvic fin to stretch out and draw back in the spanwise direction to adjust the size of the pelvic fin. The rotating device drives the pelvic fin to vertically rotate in the longitudinal direction to adjust the attitude angle; the pelvic fins can stretch out, draw back and rotate independently or simultaneously and do not interfere with one another.
