The invention provides a ship cabin constant temperature system which comprises a first heat transfer medium circulation system which comprises a cold air pipe, a liquid inlet pipeline, a liquid return pipeline, a first lightering pump, a first three-way valve, a second three-way valve, a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor. The second liquid return pipeline section is communicated with a second port of the second three-way valve and the first liquid return pipeline; the second temperature sensor is in communication connection with the second three-way valve; according to the cooperation of the temperature measured by the first temperature sensor and the first three-way valve, it is guaranteed that the liquid temperature of the second liquid inlet pipeline section is stabilized within the preset temperature range; according to cooperation of a second temperature sensor and a second three-way valve, it is guaranteed that a first heat transfer medium with the temperature in a proper interval enters the cold air pipe; no matter the temperature in the working cabin, the first lightering pump can be always kept in a running state, it is guaranteed that the third liquid inlet pipeline section always has a first heat transfer medium source with the high liquid temperature, and finally the stability of the temperature in the ship cabin is achieved.
