The invention relates to a control and thrust distribution method for a straight-wing propeller. A mode of adjusting the pitch at a fixed rotating speed is adopted for control. Determining a control model of the straight wing propeller by adopting a cubic fitting form; establishing a nonlinear objective function aiming at thrust distribution of the straight wing propeller, and solving by adopting a method based on a K-T condition equation; for a quadratic programming sub-problem in the thrust distribution solving process of the straight wing propeller, an SQP algorithm improved by a pseudo-inverse method is adopted for solving; by changing the control point N of the straight-wing propeller, control over the output thrust and the azimuth angle of the straight-wing propeller is achieved. According to the method, the optimal solution can be quickly found, the straight-wing propeller efficiently and reasonably outputs thrust and rotates under the conditions that the minimum energy consumption is met and operability is improved, meanwhile, the ship positioning precision and capacity can be improved, the thrust output capacity of the straight-wing propeller is improved, unnecessary abrasion and noise of the straight-wing propeller are reduced, and the service life of the straight-wing propeller is prolonged. The energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种直翼推进器的控制及推力分配方法,采用定转速调螺距的方式控制;采用三次拟合的形式确定直翼推进器的控制模型;针对直翼推进器的推力分配建立非线性目标函数,采用基于K‑T条件方程的方法进行求解;针对直翼推进器推力分配求解过程中的二次规划子问题,采用伪逆法改进的SQP算法进行求解;通过改变直翼推进器的控制点N,实现对直翼推进器的输出推力和方位角控制。本发明可以快速寻找到最优解,在符合最小能量消耗和提升操作性的情况下,使直翼推进器高效合理地输出推力和回转,同时能够提高船舶定位精度和能力,改善直翼推进器的推力输出能力,减少直翼推进器不必要的磨损和噪声,降低能量消耗。
