The invention relates to an active outline marking device and method for a marine observation buoy, the active outline marking device is composed of an embedded microprocessor, an LED driving module, an illuminance sensor, an LED lamp strip, a 485 bus protocol module, an AIS receiving module and a positioning module, the embedded microprocessor is connected with the LED driving module, the illuminance sensor, the 485 bus protocol module, the AIS receiving module and the positioning module, and the embedded microprocessor is connected with the LED driving module, the illuminance sensor, the 485 bus protocol module, the AIS receiving module and the positioning module. And the LED driving module is connected with the LED lamp strip. And the embedded microprocessor executes data compliance discrimination check per second, regularly executes the active outline marker analysis control module, and adjusts the LED driving power, the on duration and the off duration according to weighted calculation of a ship and buoy distance normalization result. The method has the beneficial effects that the power and the on-off duration of the LED lamp strip are dynamically adjusted according to the distance of surrounding ships, and the good marker body outline marking effect is achieved with low energy consumption.

    本发明涉及一种海洋观测浮标的主动示廓装置及方法,由嵌入式微处理器、LED驱动模块、光照度传感器、LED灯带、485总线协议模块、AIS接收模块、定位模块组成,其中,嵌入式微处理器分别和LED驱动模块、光照度传感器、485总线协议模块、AIS接收模块、定位模块相连,LED驱动模块和LED灯带相连。所述的嵌入式微处理器每秒执行数据合规性判别检查,定时执行主动示廓分析控制模块,根据船舶和浮标距离归一化结果的加权计算,调整LED驱动功率、亮时长、灭时长。采用本发明的有益效果是:根据周围船舶的距离远近动态调整LED灯带功率和亮灭时长,达到以较少的能源消耗实现较好的标体示廓效果。
