The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile bodies, and relates to a rear floor boundary beam lap joint structure and an automobile, which comprises a boundary beam rear section, a boundary beam middle section and a lap joint part. The boundary beam rear section comprises a first boundary beam body; the boundary beam middle section comprises a second boundary beam body; the lap joint part comprises a lap joint plate. The lap joint plate is formed by extending the end, close to the second edge beam body, of the first edge beam body. The lap joint plate is connected with the second edge beam body.
