The invention discloses an automobile threshold stiffening beam which is an integrally-formed part obtained by rolling a steel plate with selected strength and laser welding with distributed point positions, and the cross section of the threshold stiffening beam in the direction perpendicular to the length direction comprises four cavities which are closed respectively. The partially-overlapped side edges of the cavities in the height direction of the threshold stiffening beam are continuously spliced to form a reinforced supporting plate, and the number of the cavities arranged on the outer side and the number of the cavities arranged on the inner side which are separated by the reinforced supporting plate are equal, and the cavities are distributed in a staggered mode. The automobile doorsill stiffening beam passes through a continuous automatic production line and is sequentially subjected to punching, roll forming, local laser welding and bending cutting to obtain independent finished products which are consistent in height and light in weight. According to the stiffening beam structure and the manufacturing method thereof, the closed structure with the multiple cavities is formed, the anti-collision performance and the light weight effect of the threshold stiffening beam are improved, the production efficiency and the utilization rate of steel plate materials are improved, generalization and platformization of a production line are facilitated, and the production cost is saved.

    本发明揭示了一种汽车门槛加强梁,由选定强度的钢板通过辊压并分布点位的激光焊所得的一体成型件,且所述门槛加强梁在垂直于长度方向上截面形状含有四个各自呈现闭合状的腔体,各所述腔体在门槛加强梁高度方向上部分重合的侧边连续拼接成型为强化支撑板,且在强化支撑板为界相隔的外、内两侧所设腔体的数量相等、错位分布。该汽车门槛加强梁通过连续自动化产线,依次经打孔、辊压成型并局部激光焊接、弯曲切割得到高度一致且轻量化的独立成品。应用本发明该加强梁结构及其制法,通过形成多个腔体的闭合结构,提升了门槛加强梁的抗撞性能和轻量化效果,并且提高了生产效率和钢板材料的利用率,有利于产线通用化、平台化,节约生产成本。
