The invention relates to a wheel polygon recognition method and system based on angle domain averaging. The method comprises the following steps that axle box vibration acceleration signals and vehicle speed signals of a train in the running process are collected; determining a wheel rotation period, and performing signal resampling, superposition and averaging on the axle box vibration acceleration signal according to an angle domain averaging method to obtain a processed axle box vibration acceleration signal; the polygon state of the wheel comprises the order and the corresponding amplitude of the polygon of the wheel, and the order and the amplitude of the polygon of the wheel are identified based on the processed polygon signal of the wheel. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the axle box vibration acceleration and the vehicle speed generated in the running process of the railway vehicle are collected, the wheel polygon information in the acceleration signal is extracted by using the angle domain averaging method, and the order and the amplitude of the wheel polygon are further processed and extracted; the polygon characteristic signal of the wheel can be extracted from a complex acceleration signal and can be accurately identified.
本发明涉及一种基于角度域平均的车轮多边形识别方法及系统,方法包括以下步骤:采集列车在运行过程中的轴箱振动加速度信号和车辆速度信号;确定车轮转动周期,根据角度域平均方法对轴箱振动加速度信号进行信号重采样、叠加和平均,得到处理后的轴箱振动加速度信号;车轮多边形状态包括车轮多边形的阶次和对应的幅值,基于处理后的车轮多边形信号进行车轮多边形阶次和幅值的识别。与现有技术相比,本发明对轨道车辆在运行过程中所产生的轴箱振动加速度和车辆速度进行采集,并运用角度域平均法提取加速度信号中车轮多边形信息,再进一步处理提取车轮多边形的阶次和幅值,能够将车轮多边形特征信号从复杂的加速度信号中提取出来并准确识别。
