The invention discloses a method for adjusting an emergency spring washer of a subway train. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, stopping the train on a maintenance track and adjusting the pressure of the train to working air pressure; the train body ascends or descends by synchronously adjusting height valves of the air springs located on the two sides of the train body, so that a plurality of supporting devices are placed between top plates of the air springs and the framework and used for supporting the train body; the gasket can be adjusted after the bottom of the emergency spring is jacked by the jacking device; after adjustment is completed, all the jacking devices are dismantled, height valves of air springs on the two sides of the vehicle body are synchronously adjusted, and all the supporting devices are dismantled after the vehicle body is lifted; height valves of all the air springs are adjusted to enable the train body to descend to the proper height, then train body parameter measurement is conducted, and adjustment of the train emergency spring shim can be completed after measurement is qualified. According to the scheme, the implementation process is simple and efficient, an engineering vehicle does not need to be used for adjusting the train to a special train lifting lane to lift the train body through large special train lifting equipment, and the equipment cost and the labor cost can be saved.

    本发明公开了一种地铁列车紧急弹簧垫片的调整方法,包括以下步骤:先将列车停在检修道并调整其压力至工作气压;通过同步调整位于列车车体两侧的空气弹簧的高度阀使车体升高或下降,以将若干支撑装置放置在各空气弹簧顶板与构架之间用于支撑车体;采用顶升装置将紧急弹簧底部顶升后可调整垫片;调整完成后拆除各顶升装置,同步调整车体两侧的空气弹簧的高度阀使车体升高后将各支撑装置拆除;再调整各空气弹簧的高度阀使车体下降至适当高度后进行车体参数测量,测量合格后,即可完成列车紧急弹簧垫片的调整。本方案实施过程简单高效,不需要使用工程车把列车调到专用的架车车道上采用大型专用架车设备将车体升起,有利于设备成本及人工成本的节约。
