The invention relates to the technical field of train air conditioners, and particularly discloses a subway train air conditioner temperature adjusting system and method. The system comprises a temperature sensor for collecting the internal temperature of a carriage; a conversion unit which is connected with the temperature sensor and is used for converting the acquired information; a control unitwhich is connected with the conversion unit and is used for analyzing the acquired information and sending an adjusting signal; an adjusting unit which is connected with the control unit and used foradjusting the relay according to the adjusting signal; a fan unit which is connected with the adjusting unit and used for adjusting the temperature of the air conditioner according to the relay condition; and an LED display screen which is connected with the control unit and is used for displaying the condition of each carriage and adjusting parameters. The temperature of each carriage can be adjusted according to the situation in each carriage, and the comfort of the carriages is guaranteed.
